Joanna Harper, MSc, is an experienced IEMT trainer and practitioner who has a long-term personal and professional interest in mind-body practices, including yoga, qigong, meditation, and breathwork.

Where Do We Start? Rethinking Solutions-Focused Interventions

with Jordan Reyne

Jordan Reyne is a public philosopher, speaker, and writer. A philosophy graduate from the University of Auckland, her work uses critical theory and phenomenology to examine narcissistic systems, institutional conformity, and the politics of pathologization.

This presentation will explore how therapeutic cultures can risk locating systemic and structural harms inside the individual, and asks when the promise of rapid change may unintentionally serve the same systems that contribute to client distress.

From Symptom to Signal: Using Practical Change to Reveal Limitation

with Yolanda Flint

Yolanda Flint is a body composition coach for women at midlife and beyond.

This presentation explores how common struggles around food, exercise and body composition can reveal deeper limitations in capacity, self-care and change. Yolanda will discuss how symptoms such as plan-hopping, under-eating, bingeing, self-diagnosis, avoidance and confusion can be reverse-engineered to identify the underlying patterns that drain capacity.

The session will consider how coaching, education, behavioural structure, visualisation, IEMT and conscious awareness can support women to build enough physical, mental and emotional capacity to maintain self-care, tolerate change, receive the result and let the good in.

More dates will be announced soon.
