The Association for IEMT Practitioners invites dedicated members to apply for our Ambassador Program. This is a unique opportunity to represent the association, foster professional relationships, and contribute to the growth of the IEMT community.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the Ambassador Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Membership Tenure: Must have been a member of the Association for at least two years.
  • Advanced Qualification: Must have completed the Advanced Practitioner Course in IEMT.
  • Professional Standing: Must be in good standing with the Association, upholding its code of ethics and professional conduct.

Role and Responsibilities

As an Ambassador, you will:

  • Represent the Association: Act as a representative of the Association for IEMT Practitioners, promoting its values, ethics, and interests.
  • Promote IEMT: Advocate for the practice of IEMT within professional circles and to the public.
  • Liaise with Organizations: Seek to establish and maintain friendly relations with other organizations and associations.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in events, conferences, and forums to raise awareness about IEMT and the Association.
  • Contribute to Initiatives: Assist in developing and implementing initiatives that support the growth and recognition of IEMT.

Application Process

Interested candidates are invited to submit an application outlining their qualifications and motivations for becoming an Ambassador. The selection process includes:

  1. Application Submission: Complete the Ambassador Program Application Form.
  2. Review: Applications will be reviewed by the Association's selection committee.
  3. Interview: Shortlisted candidates may be invited for an interview.
  4. Selection: Successful applicants will be notified and inducted into the program.

Expectations and Commitment

  • Time Commitment: Ambassadors are expected to commit a reasonable amount of time to fulfil their duties.
  • Code of Conduct: Always adhere to the Association's code of ethics and conduct.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on activities and initiatives to the Association.

Duration of Role

The Ambassador role is appointed for a two-year term, which can be renewed based on performance and continued eligibility.
