Requirements for a Voluntary Register

Complaints and Concerns	Have a robust, transparent, timely, and fair process for handling complaints and concerns about registrants. Ensure disciplinary actions can be taken, such as issuing "strikes" or removing practitioners from the register for serious infractions.
