A First in IEMT Training: Roni F. Matar’s Arabic Course with Laurus Training Center

In November 2023, something special happened in the world of IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Technique). For the first time ever, an IEMT training was held completely in Arabic. This step was taken by @roni-matar Roni F. Matar, a Lebanese IEMT Trainer, together with Laurus Training Center, led by Lubna Al-Sharif.

This exciting event was organized for a group of over 30 coaches, therapists, and professionals who help others change and grow. They joined online from Egypt and Lebanon, eager to learn. By choosing to teach in Arabic, Roni and Lubna made sure the training spoke directly to the participants, using their language.

Roni F. Matar brought his deep understanding of IEMT to the course. His teaching style was easy to relate to, especially since he used Arabic, making complex ideas easier to grasp. Working with Laurus Training Center and Lubna Al Sharif added more value to the training, as they brought different perspectives and knowledge.

The participants, all skilled in their fields, were really keen to learn. It was a great mix of people, all looking to add IEMT to their toolkits. The training covered everything from the basics of IEMT to how to use it in different situations. Learning in Arabic was a big help, making the ideas clearer and more meaningful.

This training was more than just a first. It showed how important it is to consider culture and language in therapy. Roni F. Matar, Lubna Al Sharif, and Laurus Training Center have opened the door for more IEMT training in the Arab world. They've started something that can really grow, helping more people in a way that fits their culture and language. لأول مرة  في تدريب IEMT: دورة كاملة بـاللغة العربية مع مركز لورس للتدريب

في نوفمبر 2023 ، حدث شيء مميز في عالم IEMT (العلاج المتكامل لحركة العين). ولأول مرة على الإطلاق، عقد تدريب باللغة العربية بالكامل. تم اتخاذ هذه الخطوة من قبل روني مطر ، مدرب IEMT اللبناني ، جنبا إلى جنب مع مركز لورس للتدريب ، بقيادة لبنى الشريف.

تم تنظيم هذا الحدث الفريد لمجموعة تضم أكثر من 30 مدربا ومعالجا ومحترفا يساعدون الآخرين على التغيير والنمو. انضموا عبر الإنترنت من مصر ولبنان ، متحمسين للتعلم. من خلال اختيار التدريس باللغة العربية، حرص روني ولبنى على أن يكون التدريب يتحدث مباشرة إلى المشاركين، باستخدام لغتهم.

جلب روني مطر فهمه العميق ل IEMT إلى الدورة. كان أسلوبه في التدريس سهل الممتنع  ، خاصة أنه استخدم اللغة العربية ، مما جعل الأفكار المعقدة أسهل في الفهم. أضاف العمل مع مركز لورس للتدريب ولبنى الشريف قيمة أكبر للتدريب ، حيث جلبوا وجهات نظر ومعرفة مختلفة.

كان المشاركون ، وجميعهم ماهرون في مجالاتهم ، حريصين حقا على التعلم. لقد كان مزيجا رائعا من الأشخاص ، وكلهم يتطلعون إلى إضافة IEMT إلى مجموعات أدواتهم. غطى التدريب كل شيء من أساسيات IEMT إلى كيفية استخدامه في مواقف مختلفة. كان التعلم باللغة العربية مساعدة كبيرة ، مما جعل الأفكار أكثر وضوحا وذات مغزى.
